OUR STORIES
Joelle Navarra
I was born, raised and live in Rochester, NY. I have been working in the dialysis field for over 25 years. For the past 16 years, I have been a Clinical Educator for Fresenius Kidney Care. Training and education have always been a passion of mine. Watching new employees grow into their roles gives me a great sense of accomplishment knowing I facilitated their development through my knowledge. I am also a mentor for two distinguished mentorship programs: for FKC employees pursing their advanced degrees and the Meliora Collective Mentorship Program through my alma mater, the University of Rochester.
Some of my hobbies/self-care interests include, watching football (Bills and FSU fan!!!), watching documentaries and nail art. I have an amazing fiancé and wonderful 13-year-old stepdaughter.
